WE ARE TRIPLING THE SIZE OF OUR NEW MINISTRY CENTER!!!
On September 1st, we received the keys to the new building and began renovation to create a new Ministry Center in the Dobrinja area of Sarajevo. This past week, we reached an agreement to also lease the building located beside our new ministry center, which combined together will triple the size of the original plans! We will have around 5600 square feet (=520 square meters) on the main level, plus two large basement areas extra to work with, also.Below is the layout of the two buildings as they are at this moment. Building #1 (orange area) will be mainly used for worship services and community events. Building #2 (blue area) will be utilized for children’s ministry and as the counseling center for women. We have now moved out of the previous two room office where we have been meeting for the past year – all ministry will now flow in and out of the new complex.
Sandrina is very excited (don’t let the picture fool you! I know in her heart of hearts she’s all in :-), of course, if anyone is to lose their head over this project, it will be mine for sure!) – she’s not the least bit worried about the finances, the maintenance and upkeep, the ministry development, etc., for she plans to stand beside me throughout the process with her eye on every detail.
On Sunday morning, we had our first ‘practice’ service so that our fellowship could get introduced to the new facility – we hope mid-November to be prepared for opening up the facility to the public.

Here are few pictures from inside BUILDING #2 – the building is in very good condition. We will be dividing up some of the areas to create more rooms, repainting and decorating as needed, More space, more renovation!

PICTURES FROM OUR FIRST SERVICE IN THE NEW FACILITY!
Sandrina with Grethe Stanley (from Australia), our special guest speaker for the first service in the new facility. Grethe is a spiritual mother here in the Balkan nations, having founded a ministry called DAUGHTER’S OF THE KING that is reaching thousands of women with the message of hope in Jesus Christ. It was such a great honor and encouragement that her travel schedule allowed her to visit our little fellowship and minister a powerful prophetic word to us.
Jesus rode into Jerusalem upon a donkey – the children led us in singing ‘Hosanna, Hosanna in the Highest!’
